Who we are

XWeb Studio ("we", "us") designs, builds and hosts websites. These terms cover the use of xwebstudio.com and the services described on it. Individual projects are governed by the written quote you approve, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

Quotes and payment

• Build prices shown on this site are starting prices for the scope described in each plan.
• The build fee is payable before launch unless the quote says otherwise.
• Hosting and care is billed monthly in advance at $29/month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

Revisions

Each plan includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing page. A round is one consolidated set of changes. Work outside the approved scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Refunds

If the first draft is not close to what you asked for after one revision round, we refund the build fee in full. Once a site has launched, the build fee is non-refundable.

Ownership

On full payment, the site's code, content and design are yours. Your domain is registered in your name wherever possible. We keep the right to describe the work and show it as a portfolio piece; tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the rights to any content or images you supply.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, prices and legal text on your site.
• Accounts we create on your behalf (analytics, payment, domain) remain yours to control.

Availability

We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for losses caused by outages at upstream providers, DNS registrars or payment processors.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
