What this site collects
This website is a set of static files. It has no accounts, no comment system and no advertising trackers.
The contact form is the one exception. What you type into it — your name, email, phone number if you give one, and your message — is sent to our own lead system so we can reply, and a copy is emailed to us. It is not passed to an advertising network and it is not used to build a profile of you.
Information you send us
If you email us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you become a client, to run the project. We do not sell or rent that information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask.
Hosting and logs
Our host keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address, user agent and requested URL. These are used for security and diagnostics and are rotated on the host's normal schedule.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, they are configured to anonymise IP addresses and to set no advertising cookies.
Client websites
Sites we build for clients have their own privacy policies. This policy covers xwebstudio.com only.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
